I joined Optum a week ago and submitted all my HireRight BGV documents around 13 working days ago,including PF/UAN employment history and previous employer contact details.
My BGV status is still in progress.For those who have gone through the same process,how long did it take for your verification to be completed after joining?
Also,if any additional information is required—for example,if a previous employer does not respond—will HireRight contact the employee directly for supporting documents?
