I just don't get it. I've got 3 years in the industry with 15 years of experience in cannabis. I'm polite, well groomed and have a big passion for cannabis. But I'm also in my early 50's . You would think with all this experience and knowledge i wouldn't have any issues landing a job but I keep getting passed over. I'm pretty sure its because of my age but it's just super frustrating.
