Hello All, I have offer in hand of 27.5 LPA+15% variable from ZS Associates as a BT Solutions delivery consultant and now my current company is ready to retain me by matching the offer & assuring that they will send me onsite to UK in couple of months. Now I am in a dilemma of what to do as I have been looking for onsite opportunities for my entire career so far. Kindly share your thoughts. When they ask you for a salary range, always stipulate that you will consider the entire compensation package, including bonus and fringe benefits. But imo it’s never too late to tell them their comp doesn’t measure up. If they like you and have wiggle room, they’ll raise the offer. What salary number would you accept?
Upon seeing the full comp package, I would like to consider xyz? I’d say something like that. Important to consider everything. The base is just one small part of it. Also, be open to whether they are flexible on benefits.
I agree with Actuary 1—it’s never too late to ask for more. You need to consider all the benefits and see if the full package works for you. They’ll let you know if they can’t go any higher, and then you can make your decision from there.

I would since that wasn’t explained but there no guarantee they will change it now that the offer has been accepted.
