I just want to get some suggestions about forte. My previous year forte was good. This year is also not a poor performance but my manager given needs improvement. There is no conflict I don't know what's the reason. While I was having a chance to get selected in one role. The hiring manager is asking forte. When I sent it I was fearing rejection. I'm thinking of editing the forte and send to them. Is that fine to go with does it cause any problem?
