Whats usual appraisal hike at Acuity for Associate & Senior Associate level?

Stay in current job with a team I like, at a big name employer, but doing work that is not building marketable skills, or jump ship now? My work will improve in a year’s time during which we will be upgrading our systems. I just don’t know if I should stick around for a year helping implement IT projects when I’m really an investment analyst and supposed to be coming up with trade ideas/models and following markets.

I travel to Mexico every month to see my husband. I never announce my whereabouts when I'm not at work. No one at my firm knows I'm married bc I don't want anyone knowing my personal business. I'm 46 and have seen more than enough times where people's personal life are used as leverage in one way or the other.
Anyway, sometimes I get work calls on the weekend and international calls ring different. Is there an app to mask that?

I know there are certain stigmas with counseling, like “poor people don’t do counseling, we fight” but please get a mental checkup if you start having suicidal thoughts.
