I’ve created a strong network with Senior Lvl Execs @ my current company, and work on high level task forces to develop enterprise biz. I’m ready to move beyond the AE Role, but not into traditional sales leadership. I’ve also been interviewing b/c our systems are a mess currently. On the verge of getting offers higher than my current pay, I’d be starting from 0 with building reputation, book of biz, etc. My exec mentor suggested I pitch new roles & $$ and she’ll endorse. Thoughts?

Hello all! I’m in a role where I’m being paid far less than market rate for my skills (by about 40-60%, so fairly significant). Initially I took the role to build experience and to avoid a gap on my resume.
My plan was to ask for a promotion/raise after a year, and I’ve gotten advice to get another job offer first as leverage. I’ve since realized that if I went through that trouble to get another offer, I’d just take it. Do I bother asking for a promotion or raise or just start looking?

Hi - new here. I’ve gotten feedback during some interviews that my answers are correct (and are often very good), but I need to work on being more concise in my delivery. I don’t think I’m *that* bad at it, but this is now the third time I’ve gotten this feedback and want to act on it.
