Mindtree culture is detoriating day by day . No clarity on hike and appraisal even though mail have been sent regarding this since Dec 2021 . Disgusting HR head practice who joined from CTS . How come they don't abide by what they communicate and keep silence without any update for delay .
Shameful . Feeling Disappointed. Has joined this company 11 months back with hopes for longer and fruitful association but will resign soon . Pathetic company Mindtree

Understanding frameworks so you can use elements where appropriate is different than memorizing frameworks and trying to shove your problem into one of the ones you know. Good case workers do the former, not the latter.
I think you memorize 5 frameworks and jam whatever case comes your way into one of them - delivery matters more than
Yeah this can happen too - it’s nobody’s full-time job
Get comfortable with boilerplate frameworks, then think through process. What are the distinct questions you need to answer that will uncover the key issues / problems so you can propose solutions. Rocketblocks has a lot of structuring exercises with examples from others; might help.
The goal is to demonstrate structured thinking. If you have a clear case about profit and loss, then structuring into revenue and cost makes sense + adding very case specific sub categories under those makes sense
For less typical business cases, do not try to fit into some standard business framework. Think specifically about how you’d actually attack the question and create a structure from that, even if it is completely unique to this situation and has nothing to do with a boilerplate framework
