Unisys- 23 Lpa(fixed) ,LWD - 23 oct ,CCTC -14.5
Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Is unisys good company to join and how about wlb and hikes in unisys?

Hello Fishes, I have offers from Deloitte, EY & Oracle. Which one should i go for. I will be joining oracle practice in EY & Deloitte. My skillsets include oracle DBA, apps DBA, DevOps, Oracle Cloud Admin, python & bash scripting.

Salary wise all are similar. Only thing is for Oracle would have to relocate. EY & Deloitte are offering in my hometown (i.e. no rent :P )

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.
Today he asked me to send an email to him about how overworked I am so that he can use it to talk to management. (cont. in comments)

Offered great position in writing (by email) but, as the company is on a hiring freeze, can’t yet sign contract. Anyone else in similar position? Optimistic about hiring freezes being lifted later?
