I learned something from my last employment that is worth sharing. LinkedIn insights will offer average tenure for people who worked at the company you’re considering. If that value is under 2 years, it’s worth a yellow flag and consideration. My employment tenure ended up matching that average and I left for reasons similar to my predecessors. So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date).
