Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I haven't had to move yet but I've been stuck at my level for about 3 years now. I have been wanting to move but this job market is putting fear into my soul.
Where do you live? Sometimes you do have to move to open up more career opportunities for yourself. I have experienced that in my own life.
Pros and cons. I live in a smaller area now, but for me, what it lacks in career opportunities, it makes up for in other ways. I drive more miles to work, but traffic is a breeze, so I actually save time when I lived in a bigger city. Cost of living is significantly less as well, so while I make less, it just evens out for me.
It’s tough when you love where you live but the career growth just isn’t there. I haven’t had to move yet, but I’ve definitely thought about whether long-term growth might eventually push me to.
You have to weigh up the pros and cons. Your personal life is a huge part of your life too, and if you have to move somewhere you don’t like as much to get more money / climb the ladder it may not be worth it!
