I made the mistake of trying to be professional. I gave my manager a two week notice last week, and he has been making my life a living hell since then. I'm supposed to work through Monday, doing so will give me my holiday pay. Although I'm not sure I'll be able to hold out that long. Why do managers get so petty when they find out you're quitting? I guess this is a good lesson for me. No more two week notices for me!

What takes so long for decisions after final rounds? Final was on Monday last week and they said they want to move ASAP and potentially start on dec 14. Have yet to hear anything and reached out to the recruiter this morning

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ?
