I am the first HR professional at a small company. I am looking for an easy to use platform for performance management. I have used Bamboo and Paylocity in the past. Eventually we will want something that has a payroll component as well. What systems have you used and liked?

Lattice is great!! Especially for small companies for performance management. I implemented it from the ground up at a small start up when I was the only HR/Recruiter

I second Lattice. I moved my small (60 EEs) company to it 1.5 years ago from another smaller scale system I’d used a few years at 2 jobs and it’s far better IMO. Easier to use for me but most importantly for employees. None are perfect but it’s a good deal intuitive, easy on the eyes.

Using Paylocity and just implemented their performance management module to round out the suite. Simple and user friendly. Work day is also great but they’re expensive.

Oddo is also great

Talent Space is also great and very configurable. We have 13 different competency models and were able to implement quickly.

We use Small Improvements at one of my clients and it’s really user friendly! Highly recommend and happy to answer questions about it

I tutor ESL after school and recently switched over to Zoom. Students are stating that they are unable to annotate. I’ve read that this is common for Chromebook users. SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. Hi 👋🏻 Would love some support here - looking to build out a bonus structure for a Sales Engagement Mgr role - it isn't a typical sales role - this person will be closing deals but not necessarily securing leads. If they will be scoring leads, it will be organic via conferences, partnerships. Of course, we want to encourage and incentivize this person. Potentially giving then an extra 20-50k bonus potential.
