I need a reliable right-hand person to help with personal tasks I don’t have time for. This is private support for my life and affairs — things like travel planning, real estate research in Spain or Mexico (or similar countries), scheduling appointments, quick online searches, using AI tools, and occasional help with personal events like small parties. It’s not full-time; tasks come as-needed (some weeks a few hours, others none), and everything stays confidential.

Need tips & encouragement for how you have gotten out of a slump in the past. I am 3.5 yrs in and have seen my practice growing (some quarters better than others ), but Q219 has been really tough.

Through a lot of comp discussions I heard a lot of talk of “making you whole” when things get better. Am I drinking the kool-aid by believing this? Is this just meant to prevent further questions that the firm does not know the answer to?

Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.

Would really appreciate any suggestions.

Jr. Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Central Florida. Good credentials; top 10% at T14, law review. Sick of private practice bc of hours and pressure. Also, not enjoying the work that Central Florida offers, but want to live here.
