Yeah, it's fun for a while, but it wears on you at a really fast rate. I try to make sure I don't pack my weekends too full because I always regret it. See if there's a week you can work remotely and use the travel time you save to catch up on life in the evenings- go to appointments or spend a lot of time with family, tidy up your apartment or cook your own food for once. It's hard to keep it in perspective that it's only temporary when you're getting up early to leave every Monday, but sometimes that helps me too.
If you are traveling every week make sure you do it efficiently - aka study on flights, don't waste time arriving early in airports, don't go out drinking/heavy eating during the week, etc. Best way to normalize your life on the road is to try your best to live normally. Go to the gym, read a book, watch Netflix, study, eat moderately healthy, etc. Unless you live crazy on your day to day.
How *do you..
You have a lot of down time traveling - break out the study materials on your flights and study in the hotel room like you would at home. I personally think traveling is fun.
