I started a fun IG page yapping about AI literacy, and in 3 months it has blown up.
I now need to tell them at ACN, to be like “y’elloo, I have a content page, just fyi!” Cause I would need to put any income in my taxes and in my contract ACN needs to know…
Anyone have advice how this process goes? Like… who to tell and how and stuff? HR can be extremely annoying and petty just to make life difficult… and I don’t want this to be soured for me.

When a recruiter asks you, in the middle of a screening, how long it would take you to start before being given an offer, what's a reasonable timeframe?
I want time to 1) get and compare with other ops, 2) time to give notice to my team, and 3) a bit of vacation time in between jobs. But I don't want to be ridiculous.

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all.
