I need some advice on how to handle a schedule that never stays the same. I tried to commit to a yoga class once a week, but work always seems to get in the way at the last minute. It feels like I can’t sign up for anything because my shifts are so unpredictable. Does anyone have tips for fitting in personal time when you don't have a set routine?

It sounds like you need to talk to your manager and try to find some kind of stability. It's possible you're being moved around so much because people don't think you care. If you make it clear you'd appreciate some semblance of order you may get some adjustments to your schedule.

Schedule your classes when you are off, talk to your yoga instructor, they probably host more than one class. The minute they know you need the time they will manipulate you to work so take back your power nd work form the other angle, talk to your yoga instructor and do weekly scchedules with her/him.

Is it a good idea to invest in your UK pension fund over the max your employer will contribute/match? This may potentially lower income tax but then one can't really access the pension pot till retirement. Or is it better to invest post-tax income into a stocks and shares ISA to avoid capital gains tax? TIA!

Hello all, I work full time as an RN at the VA. I’ve been looking for a side hustle to do on my own time. I would love to review cases such as prior authorization, records for 2nd opinions, etc. The positions that I come across generally require a commitment of at least 24 hrs which is not feasible. Anyone know of any opportunities?
