I need to do something new with my hair. I don't want to go short but I'm worried about going into a salon and having them just chop it. How do I find a hairdresser that can do a full consultation (cut & color) and that I'm sure I can trust to not just cut it all off. I need a transformation but I don't know how to find the right (and best experienced) hair dresser to do it. Any suggestions?
