Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

Additional Posts in Salary Negotiations
Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase? Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?

Mation titled packet outlining with all the real details and conduct or rules.
It feels super odd it was not presented before. One of the rules says no use of phone, but im required to use my phone and failure to follow supervisory instructions.
This packet also says "this is the entire agreement".
The way i see it its optional for me to sign. If I did it would be as if it was a new contract. Is this weird to anyone else?
I would definitely be concerned that what you are agreeing to by signing the contract is not what you expected or are willing to agree to.
I also doubt that the company would not insist you sign a contractor agreement that they gave you before starting. Have you signed a previous contract that this would supersede?
It is also possible that they gave you a legal document that used boilerplate language and didn’t bother to customize it. It might be reasonable to ask for changes to be made to it if you are to sign it.
Sounds like a bit of a bait and switch.
My first thought is that what you've been given may be some kind of standard agreements that have been copied and pasted or recycled and passed along to you. It would be a good idea to get some clarification before you sign anything. It's conceivable there are things in the packet that don't really apply to you but inadvertently wound up in the materials.
And you are sure this is a totally legit role? I would just be careful about signing that. I don't like the fact that the terms are loose.
I agree with supervisor 1 above
