I have no issues dealing with mine as a customer. It's a grocery store. I buy groceries. I'm not thrilled about the rising price of basic goods, but that's not really my company's fault.
I used to work at Walmart and when I went in there to shop on my days off, I experienced what customers complain about. My coworkers have the worst customer service.
It's funny you say that, I did have a problem last year calling about one of our properties in another state. What should have been a simple situation turned into a really frustrating series of phone calls. It made me realize how we can work to make sure our image is great, and people in another location can pretty much do the opposite.
One of the responsible factor I have figured is lack of proper training. Companies just give you an overview of what your role would be and then just throw you in a pool and you have to figure out how to survive.
I work at a Credit Union and I totally understand why people get upset with us. As a member of the credit union, I find a lot of things they do very frustrating and as an employee, I have no clue why we do them in the first place

I have never dealt with my company as a customer. It would be interesting to do and see how they accommodate business partners and customers. For the most part, what I have seen has been great and I hope they keep the customer service up.
That is great to hear that your company's customer service is admirable. Not every employee say this about their company,

Totally get that! I usually dread calling my own bank too, sometimes it feels like it takes longer to get help than to deal with the actual issue. Makes me appreciate even more how frustrating it must be for customers when I’m on the other side of the line at work.
You are right about that. Now I appreciate customer's patience even more. Its not easy to be on hold forever and get served.
I work in the kitchen at a hospital. I rarely have any medical concerns, but when I do, I end up going to the hospital I work at, and they aren’t very friendly. They don’t uphold their Core Mission: To provide compassionate health care services and care for all, especially the most vulnerable.
Values: Collaboration, Social Justice, Stewardship, and Respect.
Goal: Promote personal and community health, treat each person lovingly, and work for the common good.
