Maybe consider a pivot to internal ops / risk? Caution though that you still have clients to manage but they are internal and client deadlines still impact. Also VIP to try - no matter whether you stay or pivot - and take care of yourself and (gasp) maybe find something you enjoy outside of work. The burnout feels are real and glad you’re thinking about what you can do.
Take a break. A long one to recover. Best decisions are made when your tank is full. I believe Stress etc qualifies for a med leave.
Then write down the things that fill your tank up amd see how to get that. It might look like a 70/30 match where your role inside or outside the org only meets 70% of your asks but then you evaluate does it pay you well enough to fill your cup doing the other 30%. There is no perfect role but having clarity on what lights your soul up when your tank is NOT empty is key
