Hi Fishes, need your help here. I have been in TCS for 3.5 years now in Ignio support team for an E&R account. I aspire to work in BigData technologies so took release from the project this month. I have been preparing myself through Udemy but don't have any hands-on experience in BigData. Reporting to RMG currently but got just 1 relevant call from a project. I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

I'm a director for a logistics company and I'm heartbroken because on Monday I'll have to lay off my entire staff and declare bankruptcy. Things have been hard since 2020, clients dropping left and right and costs are rising. We don't have money at all to provide for our employees, let alone to cover some of our debt.
