I received an offer from EY GDS for Senior consultant. I have specifically asked HR about the project that they would be hiring for. I strictly want to get into an SAP implementation project and he vaguely told me dont worry about that. I got to know that EY GDS is also expanding their SAP operate and are hiring . How to get confirmation from HR that the role is not of SAP operate?

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade

Any chance for negotiations? Any tips or guidance are appreciated. please help

Hey Fishes,
I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.
