I received an offer from standard chartered for senior manager role band 6 ctc offered: fixed: 26 variable: 2.86. I have another offer from Ford with fixed: 30 variable: 5.2 . Can standard chartered revise the offer based on the ford offer. What is the salary range for band 6 in standard chartered.
