I want to join PwC . Should I ask HR to match the package? Will the HR Revise it or cancel the candidature? Anyone faced this kind of scenario? Please help

Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid .
