I recently gave 2 rounds of interviews in Publicis for Associate Manager role in night shift. Received positive feedbacks and also cleared the Spoken/Written English tests on Hire Pro.

But now the HR is unsure to send me offer letter as I am already on notice period of my current organisation and speak to the Director. Will I get turned down for this reason?
