I recently interviewed with Synechron, and it went well. However, I'm still waiting for an invitation to the final round of interviews. Do you have any idea how long it typically takes for them to send out the second round invite? Also, what are your thoughts on Synechron as a company to work for?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?
