I recently joined Deloitte, with an approved 140 from my previous firm. I don’t expect my date to be current any time soon. Can I just keep extending my visa at Deloitte based on my approved 140 until my priority date becomes current?

I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

I reached out to BAL and they said if role/responsibilities change ill have to start from first. Does change of desination mean change of role ?
