I work in insurance but I am trying to pivot into tech sales. I am having trouble explaining my metrics during interviews. For us, our KPI is based on a quota issued to each state. Ex Ma being 143%. Throughout Ma, we have multiple offices but my office, in particular, is currently at 260% of quota. I have brought in 60,000 of sales for our team. So I work as a freelancer for an agency. And I have another client outside of that agency. I work between figma files and sometimes use components across files but change and redesign them to fit the project. My manager in the agency was able to "go to main component" and see my other client's project which included some of the agency's icons (they downloaded them online) and some basic tabs and drop shadows components. I feel busted but I shouldn't but can't get over the embarrassment.

Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast.
