Hi all. If you have ever encountered passive aggressive teammates, did you raise this situation to your direct report? If so, what was your approach and how did you deliver the feedback? This particular teammate is beginning to create a toxic work environment for me and I would like to diffuse this situation amicably, as performance reviews are near.

I’ve been at an agency for like a year and a half now where I’ve only gotten on like one brief that could lead to real work. Everything else have been pitches and proactive briefs that never gets put in front of client. For maybe 7,8 months I haven’t had a partner and they said this made it hard to place me on things. Now they just hired a new partner to me and around the same time I got another offer. I’m scared that nothing will change but obviously the timing is not. What do I do?
