Did anyone get an update on their H1B registration from BAL? I got an email on March 11 saying that my account was opened on cobalt but nothing else since then!

I got offer from product based company and intiated notice period in TCS. Now manager is saying he'll intiate on site opportunity for Mexico. And asking to revoke notice only after official confirmation for Visa. What should I do now.

Is it true Deloitte is not sponsoring H1B visas? I have a friend considering joining as an SC after MBA. However, they are concerned that Deloitte is not sponsoring. Are these fears correct? How does this work from a recruiting perspective? They would be hired as an off-cycle campus hire via PPMD referral, not within the standard pool of campus hires. Thanks!
