Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?

First 2 years for CSR is about to be over, and I’m looking at the value of the card against the annual fee. Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Fishes two questions, what will be senior associate salary at Strategy&, glassdoor suggests 54k, is that correct or higher in cases? Also, what would be the average room rent (1shared room in a flat) near SE1 or within 30-45mins of travel time? Relocating from EU and not sure if it makes any financial sense.
