Visit goto/myofficetime. Your manager can see these reports too. The good thing is this RTO stats are tracked at Department level and not at individual level. If the average of let's say 10 people (your whole department count) is 60% attendance, then you are all good.
However, it totally depends on how your LM tracks these things. If you become a target, the worse your ratings could be spoiled. But your salary won't be deducted (once my LM tried to scare me by saying this 🤣).
Also it's a monthly average with 20% buffer. So in a month doing 10-11 days would suffice.
Great insights, thanks. The worse that can happen is low ratings, then fine.

Typically if you ask about the tracking, it's purely on no. of days. So yes, technically you can go 12 days at a stretch. However, the dates you go to office are also visible in the report. So again it depends on LM whether he's willing to ignore that stat or not.
If someone does not go to the office for one or two months, what would be the consequences? Will they allow us to continue working from home, or are there any chances that they revoke access to resources such as MobilePass, Outlook, and Teams?

Before this situation your manager will warn you
Do PH and CL count as WFO? For example, if we are required to work from the office 3 days a week, and there’s a public holiday or we take a casual leave, does that reduce our required office days to 2 for that week?
This was my first question as well. But when i counted all leaves and PHs, 20% buffer doesn’t suffice. I am new so i ll watch and learn. I’m finding office days absolutely brutal as i commute 30km one way. That’s 3-4 hrs of my time in the bin! Thrice a week is a lot!
Are we allowed to visit the office in one go for 12 days and the rest of the days WFH? Or it is mandatory to go 3 days/week ?
How much yearly hike and bonus someone can get based on the attendance compliance. I heard there is hardly 1-2 percent difference!
but what about Monday / Friday office rule
