I recently received a Letter of Intent and an Appointment Letter from EY, which they asked me to sign digitally. If I sign the Appointment Letter but decide not to join, will there be any consequences? Additionally, I’m currently in the middle of the interview process with EY GDS. If I accept the offer from EY, could it conflict with my EY GDS interview or potential offer?

I'm working towards my capm, trying to pivot from banking sales/Customer service to Project management. How can I merge FB and GA data? Some clients of mine believe that Facebook doesn't bring us results 'cause GA says so. The difference between the two of them is A LOT. Facebook says we have 100 conversions and GA only reports 2. How can I prove to them that Facebook does its job? What data can I show?

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..
