What will be in hand salary.???

I tend to overwork myself and it’s really taking a toll on my mental well-being. I want to learn a lot and prove myself to my superiors so that they recognize me/see value. Now my work has a sense of dread to it. I watched my parents be workaholics growing up, so it’s all I know. I’m also goal-oriented and driven, so achieving a lot scratches that itch for me. But, it’s making me want to quit cause I’m burned out and depressed….im not sure what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

“I’m curious if you have a link to a one sheeter or wiki page about the referral program”
I recently referred someone who got hired at my company. I didn’t see the referral bounty in my first paycheck. I found the internal wiki page that says the payment is made after 60 days. 🤷♂️ guess I’m glad I figured that out before I asked someone
Maybe your company has a similar policy
True
Just ask HR what to expect. It's not unprofessional.

Buddy you got played 😄😄
Hahaha. Jokes
I think it takes a couple months
I know my company only awards the referral bonus after the person you referred has been employed for 3 months. There is nothing unprofessional from asking HR or asking HR for the official policy document so you can read the fine print yourself.
AI told me I should sit tight in my current job unless I'm offered $600K+/yr. Is that really possible in Si Valley these days for a L7 level chip guy? Its considerably more than my present ~$350K ish level now.
