I reject the first offer by a company, the offer was given to me without any discussion, So in the hope of negotiation I reject the offer on the company dashboard or portal, does it mean that I close the door of negotiation by me or still there is room for negotiating by HR, Is the decision of rejecting the offer on company's portal is bad?

I went to my parents place on Saturday, met with old friends.
And on Sunday Yoga and swimming. Now enjoying relax evening. It felt like a vacation and was quite stress reliever.
Learning: I need not to spend heavily for vacation.

Hi I'm looking for an advice. I have 3yrs of experience in IT and I see all my peers quitting and going for higher studies. Should I do it too I'm from a BTech background.
