Hi I'm looking for an advice. I have 3yrs of experience in IT and I see all my peers quitting and going for higher studies. Should I do it too I'm from a BTech background. I don't think I can afford to finance my higher studies without a loan. This is why I have been having second thoughts about it. I don't really want to be in a debt trap myself. Also is it worth taking an MBA these days.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't it more advantageous to have low housing prices and higher interest rate? If that's the case, you can always refinance when/if the interest rate lowers again. Is there something I'm not seeing?

I have interviewed with shell India . Though the process is not yet completed all the rounds are through . I am an automation C sharp and java resource . But the job was for python automation . I have been telling the same in the interview but still they cleared all my rounds . Now I am not sure if they will release an offer what should I do ? As I have no experience with python .
