I am currently in AWS + NodeJS stack, 6.5 yoe, cctc 20lpa

I am continuously giving & cracking interviews but none of them are ready to offer my expected CTC.

I am expecting 30lpa, while initial screening call every HR says ok, they can offer 32, 35 and so on. But after cracking the interview they are asking me to join for 25 or 27lpa.

I even tried with collecting multiple offers, if I say I have offer for 27lpa, they also offering same 27lpa
