People aren’t filling out their timesheets. When they do, it’s super behind. Any best practices for getting teams to track hours daily?

Daily? Unreasonable pipe dream.

Weekly? Totally feasible. It helps to remind people that other's jobs are dependent upon them submitting timesheets. If appeals don't work, generally some penalty. At my current job, if you miss 2+ weeks consecutively with timecards, it will start to affect your year end bonus.

A previous employer had "email jail." If you are missing 2 weeks of timecards, you lose the ability to send any emails until you're current.

Thank you! We’d “ideally” like people to do them daily (otherwise people forget what they did), but yes managers only would be checking weekly.

One of the consensuses right now is to make it impact people’s bonuses, but I’m also if there are more positive reinforcement techniques that help build up the culture of doing it.

Email jail is the best way to get compliance. A former company even had a 6 strikes rule. If you were locked out of email 6 times in a year you weren't eligible for a promotion. It worked like a charm!

Hi Fishes, I have received an offer from Barclays for AVP position. But the role discussed during interview was for Tech Delivery Manager whereas the offer letter mentions it as Tech Delivery Lead. Can you guys please suggest if it is the same role or should I request recruiter to get the role updated? Moreover it would be great if any of you can shed some light on the prospects/challenges of this role based on your experiences. Barclays Barclays global service center

Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

Based out of SF and noticing resource management opportunities are hard to find here - and if there’s openings, they want you to have 10+ years before you’re considered for a Silicon Valley tech giant. Anyone else notice that?
