Probably angry GH employees 😅 I've worked at Deloitte and now guidehouse....it all feels the same to me tbh. However, with the somewhat recent takeover from a new PE firm the money hungry/cost cutting vibes are getting to be a lot.

They laid off ppl without thought or care in June. They have no morals. Many of those laid off received an email and a one way zoom call. Most were on client projects, and the clients were left high and dry.

Our work product sucks and we have limited processes. Our partners wouldn’t be more than senior managers/directors at real firms.

Bain is a major PE and runs GH…

non gov practices are getting wrecked by attrition, HR snooping in the bowl and aggressively censoring content, better comp elsewhere for the same work

ZS fish, Is there a Senior Consultant level at the firm? I am currently a M3 in Lighthouse at 174k base (7.5YoE) doing data science.
If SC doesn't exist, is Manager a good level to target, or is Consultant more like it? Looking for 200k base at a minimum.
