I have a new employee that started last Monday, unfortunately it’s not going to work out. Long story, but we’re fairly certain the individual is using Meth and appears to have started/restarted fairly recently. I work with physicians, so it’s a consensus. We have to terminate employment, but what ethical obligation do we have? Two young children at home and no spouse. This is weighing heavily on us.

They paid INR 1.2 Crores for their logo to a "creative agency", just one of the many dodgy expenses they made including multiple so-called official trips to exotic locations like Hawaii. Till date their SAAS product has not found a single buyer. The CEO's girlfriend was the Sales Director whose job was to wear skimpy dresses for business meetings.

Since there is a heavy impetus on solving Tree, LinkedList, and Graph problems for tech interviews, it can naturally make freshers believe that these concepts will be used in day-to-day life at work. In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
