I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. Advice Request: Started my career litigating. Switched to niche transactions (so about half and half at this point).
