I started a new job about 6 months ago. Since then I have barely been billable. I consistently let my manager and the resource manager know and still nothing. What should I do? Is this normal? I left a great job to come to this agency and I’m super bored lol

Legit, go find yourself work. I guarantee that there's someone on your team drowning or needing help right now. If you dont become billable you will be the first to go during layoffs snd it doesn't matter what steps youve taken to TRY and get billable work. You are unfortunately just a number to the top and if you aren't making them money, you are costing them money

Or just relax and remember there are waves in this industry. We can go from super bored to drowning in work in the blink of an eye. something could be in the pipeline and coming soon. Doesn't hurt to ask around for projects but enjoy the slow days before it picks up
