I teach 4th grade. Apparently, one of my students has been recording me on his phone when I'm teaching. I was wondering if that's something he can do without my permission... Is the classroom a public place where you can be recorded without giving permission since it's in a public school? I let my admin know about it and all she did was take the phone away and gave it to the parent when the kid was picked up after school. Is there something I can do about it?
