I have been an HR Asst for 8 years. Last year we were acquired by a new company and in the last month, 3 of 5 of my HR team have quit and the 4th is interviewing leaving me on my own. Mgr position posted for 2 mth. No takers.. No plan to replace the others. Expectation is that I handle all with support 'as needed'.
What is a reasonable wage to take on all of this extra work? Dont want to be rude to them but want to be paid accordingly.

3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role.
