Always take your full 1h lunch. Every day. Leave the building. Block out your calendar for that 1h every day. Make it a habit. Never budge. Never make excuses. If you have staff, make them do the same. Your productivity will thank you. Your physical and mental wellbeing will thank you. Just do it.
I second this, you need to take time to fully disconnect!!
Totally relate. I started going on 10-minute walks after lunch—even just around the block—and it resets my brain way more than scrolling at my desk ever did.
