I used to focus mostly on base salary and bonus. Over time, I realized the 401(k) match alone can be worth thousands a year... quietly compounding in the background.
If that disappeared, I’m not sure I’d see my compensation the same way.

I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?
