I used to have a manager who would only give negative feedback, I learnt that feedback for them actually meant a way to criticise me. At the time it felt personal but as I grow with a new manager I can see how different people can give out feedback as a way to help with personal improvement whilst also building confidence.

Made the pivot from Big 4 to Bain and frankly underwhelmed. Seems like Bains Ops capabilities / general knowledge resources / white papers are lagging the industry quite a bit. Miles behind BCG / McKinsey as well. Literally only good for PE and nothing else.
