Ignore and myob. If you feel uncomfortable leave the room.
I put my headphones in and mind my own business. I can always sense when things are tense and do whatever I can to stay out of it and avoid taking sides. It's not easy to completely block out, but trying is always the better approach than involving yourself in whatever drama is taking place.
If you are a friend or supervisor, call a “come to Jesus” meeting and solve the problem!
Sitting there in uncomfortable silence isn’t enough for me to throw myself in and intervene. I try to leave that alone as much as possible until somebody comes to me.

When I walk into something like that, I take it as a cue to stay neutral and observe. You don’t have to solve it, but you can create safety by being steady and approachable.
If it becomes a pattern or you see impact on work, that’s when a gentle check-in with each person can help surface what’s actually going on. Not every awkward moment needs escalation, but they can be early indicators that a team needs support.
Nothing, absolutely nothing. You don’t know that there is a problem, so don’t make a problem by doing something. People sitting is silence is okay. Some people are just quiet and maybe they each independently are having a bad day and don’t dislike one another.

I wouldn’t do anything I’d observe, weird feeling in the moment though as you never know what to do instantly.
