Deloitte $148 K plus Bonus (based on company performance ) eligible for for merit hike in 2021 and AIP based on company performance no number defined in offer letter

Amex $121K plus 12% bonus on base (which I will get in March2022) 2021 will be no merit hike and bonus will be not good this year.

Have an offer for a marketing associate role at a large financial services company. Is there anything I can negotiate besides salary and bonus? Vacation, work policies, etc. seem to be set in stone. Not sure what else might be on the table that’s worth asking about?

I am a 10 yr lawyer. 7 yrs in my practice area. Little over a year at current firm. Still an associate. Im at large plaintiff firm w/ billable requirements. I do mass/class cases and hold a couple leadership positions (these were competitive to get). What should salary be and when should I make partner. I’ll add I work remote and pretty autonomously. Been staying in Alexandria for 3 years and know the area well. Going for a tour of a townhouse via Redfin agents. Are they good ? Or should I start finding a traditional agent .

How are the paralegals in your department organized/structured? What are the pros and cons? We’re exploring the idea of a paralegal center of excellence. Currently paralegals are reporting to the lawyers they support. The disadvantages are that the paralegals are siloed, so there’s no back-up if they’re out and they don’t have anyone who can support them if their work gets too busy. Additionally, the lawyers have a hard time accurately evaluating them since they can’t easily compare their work.

I have 9 years of experience and working in EY GDS with a fixed salary of 35lpa. I have received an offer from EY UK and they have offered 65k pounds. I know it’s less but please let me know if that’s okay given the fact that my wife has an offer of 50k pounds.

This might be a bit off track as the bowl name clearly suggests BIG4, however will still go on asking.
I have an offer from a reputed bank in the UK and for the banks, it’s essential to get a security/vetting clearance before they issue CoS. I’m currently waiting for vetting clearance outcome.
