I want to switch my job but the current scenario is like HR is asking for immediate joiners nowadays and our notice period is 90 days in TCS, so is there any solution for this or do I have to take the risk and resign from tcs without any offer letter because no one is considering 90 days of notice period?

One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.

I am the only developer in my team and my manager has assigned me a project in which I need to create a tool from scratch although that is currently running in production build by third party and we don't have access to that code.
