Can you help me out in this? I have 8 YOE with 10.5LPA is my current Fixed. I am having offer from Accenture 18LPA fixed as lead specialist Level 9 in chennai location.
my question is: 1. Is that the right designation given on my 8.5 YOE in Accenture?.
2. Is this 18LPA in accenture in Level 9 is correct with my current fixed is 10.5LPA?

Hello all, I’m planning for a career switch. As I’m currently in Finance sector and planning to quit my job and to start my career in IT Hardware companies like: HP, Dell and Lenovo etc.. Before taking this jump I want to know how is the career growth in IT Hardware, how is the promotion structure in such companies. I personally don’t like my present job as it doesn’t relate any part of my interest.
